Set The Club On Fire

Hey everybody! I hope the last week has treated you well, I know my week's been interesting to say the least. I wish I had hair like this in RL since I have nasty road rash on my face from getting heat stroke and passing out this weekend. Anyways I thought this look was PERFECT to describe what I did this weekend. I hit the town and took it by storm for my RL birthday. And not only did Etchaflesh release these adorable wedges that have a lot of cute color options all controlled by a handy little hud but Delirium Style has some awesome releases. My top for example has a gorgeous hud and fit perfectly with the wedges I got from Etchaflesh. So many options you could wear these for like 3 months and have a new outfit everyday. It's insane! Also Magika is having a retirement sale, I believe it hasn't ended yet but all sculpted hair is 35 L per single pack and 100 L per fatpack. That's a bargain since I prefer a lot of Magika's sculpted flexi hair over her mesh. That's me personally though. So definitely go check it out and happy shopping!

While There's Still Something Left to Save, Let Me Your Savior

So I've been wanting to get out of my comfort zone again... or at least try something new/edgier than I'm used to. I've wanted to get back into RP or find outfits that fit into what I think my characters would wear... plus it's been a while since I've worn a mesh skirt in forever since I've been rocking my Cute Azz sinc I got it. Downside to the Azz is you can't really wear mesh pants/skirts/dresses cuz the ass will peek through. Anyways Etchaflesh's Shaodie passed me this skirt and I love it.... you will have to adjust your shape for this skirt though... or the dreaded alpha - skirt gap might get ya. Needless to say I love how the outfit came together and I can see myself getting a little more out of my comfort zone more.

Slow Me Down... I'm Seconds From Whispering Goodbye

I've been in one of those moods where I've wanted to get out and dance, have fun and tell stories, whether it be text or photography. I'm also starting to feel summer break mood kick in where I'm more relaxed and not as stressed out about upcoming assignments, tests or papers... I don't know what it is about today though, I'm more relaxed than I have been in ages and am rocking out to country... Anyways between Krave Inc opening yesterday (I'll be doing a post dedicated to Krave Inc in the next couple days I just gotta put the outfit together and take pictures and stuffs....) and the Dark Style Fair I'm like -.- SHUT UP TAKE MY MONEH. Because I swear some designers are like yep we're gonna release something and take all of Liz's money. I also noticed when I went to the Dark Style Fair that AlterEgo had some pants I liked... AE and Envious are 2 stores that I don't wear that much anymore... since they release things I like once in a blue moon. It's gotta be amazing for me to like it since I'm one of the pickiest fuckers there is... 

Also check out my shoes... granted they're a little hard to see but they're NEW from Etchaflesh... I had a little difficulty styling these shoes but these pants went with them perfectly which made my day. Anyways enjoy the look and I'll see you in the next couple of days with Krave Inc

Crashing into a State of Oblivion

Don't you hate it when life seems to creep up on you and BAM you feel like you're crashing into oblivion and it feels like everything is going against you no matter how you try to get ahead? With the nearing of the end of the semester and finals being less than a week away I'm slowly banging my head against the wall. On top of all of that I'm learning to DJ and deal with having to face ANOTHER semester of college because guess who's college is full of morons? >_< If you guessed mine you win all the epic points on the internet. So between that, making all the mistakes of a newbie DJ and trying to find something to blog about over the last week and a half I've been like WHY YEW GOTTA THROW EVERYTHING AT ME AT ONCE YO SO NOT FAIR! That's why last week I didn't post... I couldn't find anything that I wanted to actually post about and had no inspiration. 

With that being said I finally found a little bit of inspiration when doing a rock set and seeing that Etchaflesh was looking for bloggers. I know it's been a while since I posted Etchaflesh but omg FINALLY they have some slink shoes that are totally amazing and made me make grabby hands... Granted I'm completely addicted to slink shoes I've been wanting some slink shoes that I could use to rock in and have some neat color options other than the colors I have already in my inventory... which is all black. These shoes are awesome, there's a neat hud that lets you change the color of the straps, heels, and platforms so you can totally customize the heels to your mood and outfit. Ello Guys! So this post was inspired by the 7 deadly sins... I chose wrath and tried to put together an outfit that centered around the sin. When I see wrath I see a woman in a tunic type of dress and is hell bent on exacting her anger on the object of the anger... Da Questions:

1. How long have you been blogging?

I've been blogging for a 1 year 1 month.

2. Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging March 11, 2012.

3. How many times a week do you post an entry?

I try to blog at least once a week if not more. It's been slacking a lot lately though due to RL obligations.

4. How many different blogs do you read on a regular basis?

I read a few... mostly the ones listed on the side but a few others not shown for various reasons, all SL fashion blogs for the most part.

5. Do you comment on other people’s blogs?

No I don't. I generally just read it and look at the picture.

6. Do you keep track of how many visitors you have?

Yea I do mostly because I wanna see how far I've come since I've started blogging.

7. Did you ever regret a post that you wrote?

I have yes and have removed a couple of those posts, some are still up though.

8. Do you think your readers have a true sense of who you are based on your blog?

A little yea. They get to see some of my moods whether it's happy and bright or dark.

9. Do you blog under your real name?

Sorta kinda. My SL name has parts of my RL name in it. My middle name in RL is Elizabeth so you could say I kinda am.

10. Are there topics that you would never blog about?

I wouldn't blog about a lot. For example I wouldn't blog or religion or politics because obviously not everyone agrees. Besides my blog is an SL fashion blog, it's fashion and there isn't room for that here.

11. What is the theme/topic of your blog?

I would say the theme is punk/urban with sometimes girly aspects in the SL fashion world.

12. Do you have more than one blog? If so, why?

I do have more then one blog but both are SL related. My other blog is for the RP city that I'm Game Master of. We're still building the city itself but you can find out more here.

13. What have you found to be the benefits of blogging?

I found that I've gotten better at editing pictures in the last year and better at photography in general. I've also found that it's making me finding outfits easier for when I RP or host. It's also helped me help others find amazing stores.

14. So, why do you continue to blog?
I continue to blog because there are so many amazing designers out there that I love and want to share with the rest of the community. I also want to continue getting better at my photography because honestly I've come so far and have even more learning to do.

 Elloooooo Elfies! I felt adventurous today so I took a trip to the MadPeas Sim to wander around. The stage has got to be one of my favorite places on the sim and was the perfect background for my mood and outfit. I feel like a rock star ready to perform for a bunch of fans. Etchaflesh has become one of my favorite stores. I love their stuff whether it's corsets, jeans, masks and shoes I love it all. Their mesh is beautifully textured and looks amazing. A friend of mine was wearing this mask a few weeks ago when we went to hunt zombies that I knew one day I'd have to pick it up. Recently I bought these jeans from Etchaflesh and OMFG they are easily my new favorite pair of jeans and little ol' mesh resistant clothing me wears these MESH jeans all the time. Time to step up that game. Show off what ya momma gave you and flaunt that inner punk. I am loving AngelRED. So many different kits to get and pair them perfectly with SimpleCandy. This bag caught my eye when I was walking around the AngelRED sim a couple weeks ago. Dancing Crazy

I love corsets and Etchaflesh is my absolute favorite place to go for corsets. This corset is an under the bust corset and the detail is amazing. It's mesh and gorgeous. I paired it with this Cami from Gawk! and a pair of white jeans I got a couple months ago while peeking around marketplace for more pants.
