1, 2, 3 Live Like Tomorrow's Never Gonna Happen

I don't know what it is but I've been feeling really girly lately. Trying to find things to blend perfectly together with pants is difficult especially when you feel so utterly uninspired. I've had a song replaying on and on in my head but it won't work with anything I put together so I tucked that song away and decided that I was gonna do a few sponsored posts to see if I could get some mojo working on a kickass outfit that would go with the song that won't leave my head. That got me thinking... Have you guys ever wondered that event themes tend to recycle at least once a year or more? I have. It feels like just yesterday I was doing something retro or something that felt retro here on my blog and here I am doing another one. I'm not complaining though I'm kind of liking the retro feel that's been going around and always gets me thinking of Grease.

Set The Club On Fire

Hey everybody! I hope the last week has treated you well, I know my week's been interesting to say the least. I wish I had hair like this in RL since I have nasty road rash on my face from getting heat stroke and passing out this weekend. Anyways I thought this look was PERFECT to describe what I did this weekend. I hit the town and took it by storm for my RL birthday. And not only did Etchaflesh release these adorable wedges that have a lot of cute color options all controlled by a handy little hud but Delirium Style has some awesome releases. My top for example has a gorgeous hud and fit perfectly with the wedges I got from Etchaflesh. So many options you could wear these for like 3 months and have a new outfit everyday. It's insane! Also Magika is having a retirement sale, I believe it hasn't ended yet but all sculpted hair is 35 L per single pack and 100 L per fatpack. That's a bargain since I prefer a lot of Magika's sculpted flexi hair over her mesh. That's me personally though. So definitely go check it out and happy shopping!

While There's Still Something Left to Save, Let Me Your Savior

So I've been wanting to get out of my comfort zone again... or at least try something new/edgier than I'm used to. I've wanted to get back into RP or find outfits that fit into what I think my characters would wear... plus it's been a while since I've worn a mesh skirt in forever since I've been rocking my Cute Azz sinc I got it. Downside to the Azz is you can't really wear mesh pants/skirts/dresses cuz the ass will peek through. Anyways Etchaflesh's Shaodie passed me this skirt and I love it.... you will have to adjust your shape for this skirt though... or the dreaded alpha - skirt gap might get ya. Needless to say I love how the outfit came together and I can see myself getting a little more out of my comfort zone more.

I'm a Believer... After Seeing Her

I hate it when I see pictures of all these great photographers and see the same hair perculating my flickr feed and I make grabby hands for certain articles of clothing. I'm not the one to open up every hair I get from ( R E D ) M I N T right away because I'm picky when it comes to colors but after seeing pics of this hair invade my feeds on flickr and facebook I knew I'd be opening it. I love the color options for the hair and love how beautiful the textures look on the hair itself. Plus the hat has a hud. I'm picky with hats and hair and am forever trying to make them work together but boy am I glad that this hair works well. I'm not really showing off anything new apart from the hair and thought the outfit was adorable since it looked like I was wearing a dress with a white stripe to match the hat. :3 Happy shopping.

Staring at the Surface of the Cold Floor of the Concrete Beneath My Feet

I have to say I've been in a mood... where no matter where I take the picture or how much I edit the picture I'm not happy with it... I get in these funks for a few weeks which makes blogging or doing client work for the studio I work at hard. I do have to admit this picture turned out pretty well... even with the slight imperfections I wasn't able to fix. I have a thing with color and I can't help it when I can manage to get colors to pop. With that here's my little story/review of the next few days.

So I'm not the type to go clubbing... unless it's to work.... but I got inspired to at least do a picture that was at least club inspired. Krave Inc's Risque Business opened on May 25th and has a lot of awesome designers and like 100 or so Gachas.... I'm usually the type that sticks to one or two stores for fairs... since I know what they release ahead of time since they advertise on facebook and flickr... and I'm a facebook/flickr whore... I only do that because I know there are other people who wanna shop so me standing around waiting impatiently for a texture to rez isn't fair to those who wanna get something especially if it's for a fair or other really laggy store/event. Delirium Style and Latreia are two of my favorite stores and have these awesome releases you can only get at Krave Inc.'s Risque Business fair until June 18th. After then you may or may not be able to get them in store so go check it out yo... Also I saw this hair in a few vendor ads and in a few pictures on facebook and flickr and had to have it so I went to Kustom9 for the first time ever....was an interesting experience. I also did part of the Antisocial Web Hunt and got a couple awesome tattoos... be sure to check that out... since I don't know when it ends. Anyways enough of me yacking away have fun and be safe.

Slow Me Down... I'm Seconds From Whispering Goodbye

I've been in one of those moods where I've wanted to get out and dance, have fun and tell stories, whether it be text or photography. I'm also starting to feel summer break mood kick in where I'm more relaxed and not as stressed out about upcoming assignments, tests or papers... I don't know what it is about today though, I'm more relaxed than I have been in ages and am rocking out to country... Anyways between Krave Inc opening yesterday (I'll be doing a post dedicated to Krave Inc in the next couple days I just gotta put the outfit together and take pictures and stuffs....) and the Dark Style Fair I'm like -.- SHUT UP TAKE MY MONEH. Because I swear some designers are like yep we're gonna release something and take all of Liz's money. I also noticed when I went to the Dark Style Fair that AlterEgo had some pants I liked... AE and Envious are 2 stores that I don't wear that much anymore... since they release things I like once in a blue moon. It's gotta be amazing for me to like it since I'm one of the pickiest fuckers there is...

Insecurity With Enough Courage to Know You're Beautiful No Matter What

It's been one of those weeks where I've gotten inspired. It doesn't help that designers are throwing things my way that are making me feel inspired. I've been rocking the retro the last couple days and have been loving it. Truth has really knocked it out of the park at this round of Collabor88. I wasn't too sure about this hair at first but once I tried it on I fell in love. On top of all of that Delirium Style has a lot of goodies out and in store. These tops being one of them. I was like OH GAWD MAPA WHY YEW GOTTA DO THIS TO ME.... yea just like that. I love the retro feel of the tops when paired with this hair and it couldn't have been made better but IT WAS because Latreia Foot Fashions now has Slink Shoes! I love slink shoes and may have a strange addiction to them SO GO NOW AND GET THEM. Theres several pairs to choose from and like me you'll want them all. ( R E D ) M I N T also surprised me with these skirts. Lately I've been hesitant to blog her stuff cuz I've had a hard time styling things she's released but I love these skirts. Crashing into a State of Oblivion

Don't you hate it when life seems to creep up on you and BAM you feel like you're crashing into oblivion and it feels like everything is going against you no matter how you try to get ahead? With the nearing of the end of the semester and finals being less than a week away I'm slowly banging my head against the wall. On top of all of that I'm learning to DJ and deal with having to face ANOTHER semester of college because guess who's college is full of morons? >_< If you guessed mine you win all the epic points on the internet. So between that, making all the mistakes of a newbie DJ and trying to find something to blog about over the last week and a half I've been like WHY YEW GOTTA THROW EVERYTHING AT ME AT ONCE YO SO NOT FAIR! That's why last week I didn't post... I couldn't find anything that I wanted to actually post about and had no inspiration. 

With that being said I finally found a little bit of inspiration when doing a rock set and seeing that Etchaflesh was looking for bloggers. I know it's been a while since I posted Etchaflesh but omg FINALLY they have some slink shoes that are totally amazing and made me make grabby hands... Granted I'm completely addicted to slink shoes I've been wanting some slink shoes that I could use to rock in and have some neat color options other than the colors I have already in my inventory... which is all black. These shoes are awesome, there's a neat hud that lets you change the color of the straps, heels, and platforms so you can totally customize the heels to your mood and outfit. The more and more life progresses the more and more busy I seem to feel. Another week has passed and I feel like things are about to get so much worse. Between studying for finals, getting homework done and helping organize a benefit for Autism Awareness I'm going crazy. Staring into Forever

Finding that special place where you can hang out and all your cares, worries, stresses and problems melt away is something that is priceless. Finding a look or an outfit or a piece of clothing that you don't want to take off is even more precious. I've been wanting to find an outfit that was girlie and totally got out of my norm of black, urban and not all that feminine. Between the Big Show and the 100 Block... and Reign making shoes that make me become a shoe crazed fanatic it wasn't hard to find something that fit the exact look I wanted. I swear after buying the slink feet I'm becoming obsessed with shoes made for them and am always on the lookout for shoes for my feet. Heyas everybody! Once again I'm running a few days late on my post and hope you can forgive me. This week has been busy since one of my professors conveniently decided to give us a midterm that totally made my hand cramp halfway through it. Whore Couture 3 opened at the beginning of the month and I've been waiting for the perfect outfit to tie it all together in a neat almost post apocolyptic theme. Delirium Style I swear never fails me. Chrissy released these tops (and some shorts that I'll hopefully be blogging soon because I wanted them so bad I made grabby hands when I saw them on her) and they were too good to pass up to pair with these shoes that I saw on a blog I follow. For you tango/mirage lovers you'll be able to wear this nice tube top with no problem and for you slink lovers like me these epic heels pictured below are a must have if you have the slink high feet. Also be sure to check out the Skin Fair, there are a lot of great designers. Of course me being the Lara Hurley groupie I am I saw this skin and couldn't pass it up. It looks a lot more realistic than her previous skins and comes with a new update for the slink appliers and for the azz's. The seam in the back that you often saw with one of Lara's skins now goes away and it all blends amazingly. I'll stop rambling and hope you have an amazing weekend.

There's too Much That Time Wont Erase

It's been one of those weeks where it feels like a storm of emotion, from happiness to anger to sadness to feeling completely alone with no where to run and hide. Needless to say today's all of that mixed into one big hurricaine that I can't seem to escape from.... and trust me it's all come to a big anticlamatic LEAVE ME ALONE I NEED SPACE. Bright side is I've gained another sponsor where I lost another and I couldn't be happier since it's Barely Legal Couture.
